  • Manage information-systems development projects and implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

  • Oversee information-systems development projects and ERP implementations as a consulting firm.

  • Provide consulting services to institutions and companies on mechanisms for implementing information systems in general and ERP systems in particular.

  • Raise awareness about the importance of digital transformation and the successful methods for managing transitions and implementing information systems through regular seminars, workshops, and conferences.

  • Publish a booklet or procedural guide for implementing digital transformation in organizations aimed at decision-makers, staff, and digital transformation project managers.
